    Ok this sounds comfortably uncomfortable!

Time to wake up and get this before the day begins!

ever wonder if all this is beneficial to real life? this morning I was unloading a 970# bandsaw from a trailer. Now I wont lie and say I did it myself, there were 4 of us but I somehow got stuck in the trailer and had to lean it back while the other guys caught it as it slid down. Imagine something like a 7 foot top heavy refrigerator that we had to lean back 40-60 degrees. It took everything I had to hold that bad boy up and slide it down the back of the trailer.

Sinclair way to make it real!

Today was my first Rx Crossfit workout. It felt good in a painful kind of way. R
