This is how I want to get my turkey tomorrow! Back to the land.

WOD

Strength

A1. Back Squat

5×5 (increase 10 # from last week.)

A2. Weighted Chin ups

3-3-3-3-3 (find a 3 rep max weight)

Metcon

AMRAP in 7 minutes

-7x Dumbell Thrusters (40#, 20)

-20x Box Jump (20″ boys and girls)

(Coaches Perform the back squats and weighted chins back to back with about a three minute rest between sets)

    Great work out today! I am definitely thankful for my OCC family!!! I am going to do a hike in El Moro tomorrow around 9am for those who would like to join. Probably an hour or tops two hour hike. Couple different loops to choose from. Call me if interested, pace will be fast, 949-689-7497.
