We had a small 6:30 last night – for a couple of us, a virtual private lesson in cleans. Schinn, don’t know if you counted, but that was 84 cleans @ 105 – with Alygirl 2′ from my face, monitoring – “Pull yourself under the bar, ELBOWS”….. 84 times. If I have dreams about my second pull and fast elbows, does that mean I am starting to get it? Aly, thanks a million! Keep hammering.
