Justin, I like the food education. Eliminating grains completely from the diet is tough, but focusing on adding veggies and nuts in lieu of bread etc will be top priority.

JMF, I could’ve called you on this or waited until monday to let you know but I wanted to put this on the blog instead.
Guys, I am signing up for the Paleo Challenge and I want to see how many people will sign up with me who haven’t already done so. a long time ago I read an article from Rob Miller(santa cruz CF legend) and a statement that he made as always stuck with me. He said that as hard as he kicks his ass day-in and day-out in the box, him not eating the right fuels would be contradictory to his extraordinary efforts and in the end be a complete waste of time.
Like Justin keeps saying, “what do you have to lose?” I guarantee you will increase your numbers in both “Cindy and the “CrossFit Total”. Oh by the way, those two workouts are coming up here shortly once that “60 day” Challenge expires.
Anyways, I should see most of you guys on Monday so have a great weekend and I’ll see you soon!!
