		<description>Crossfit is the catalyst that started me on the healthy eating program.  In 6 weeks i feel that I could be in the best shape of my life and at 42.  6 to 7 meals a day 70% protien 30% complex carbs and about a gallon of water as well.

		<description>I have been eating MUCH healthier since I started Crossfit, not quite the TOTAL Zone diet, but modified.

I cook almost every night for dinner, lots of fish, some chicken and little or NO pork or red meat.

I feel better, look better and LOVE IT!

Get on board with the diet.  My energy level is much more stable throughout the day and times and strength for the wod&#039;s is improving.  The best part about the diet is you quickly loose your cravings for food that makes you look and feel like shit!
