Hey guys the next competition to test yourselves is coming up. Our friends at CrossFit NLP are hosting the Next Level Invitational. Im psyched on this. This event should be similar to the ThrowDown so expect some serious competition and an all around sick time. The comp will be on April 10th, 2010. That is 66 days away. Click here for the details. A. Power Clean
Spend 30 min and find your 1RM.
B. For time:
50x shoulder to overhead (guys 165#/girls 85#) Every time you rerack the barbell or drop it, perform 5 burpees before continuing.
(Notes: shoulder to overhead=press, push press, pj, jerk, etc.)








Justin, 50 reps at 165 [uninterrupted]….. is this a joke? OK – you go first, we’ll watch. How many burpees do you think you will need to complete this?

Chip, it is not a joke. I could only do 95#s. It was tough. I had to do many sets of burpees. I need Advil please. Oh, yea, I shouldn’t take that cause of Justin’s earlier blog about it… On a more positive note, I PR’d on the clean at 175#
