Build-out is complete. It took one full week from start to finish but we are all done. Many thanks go out to Thayer who did an awesome job wiring the new sound system, lights, and the framing of the new wall. Ryan A. who helped with just about everything from demo, to flooring, to framing. Thanks Ryan. Finally Kos built a masterpiece of a pullup bar that fits 20 no problem.

The expansion looks great! You guys did a great job!

Everytime I look at these workouts, I get overcome with doubt and a case of the “can’ts”. Crossfit and each of you have
shown me to ignore them and in the words of Josh and the fish Dory, “just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swimming, swimming… ” and replace the can’ts with “the not yets, or lets go for its”. Thanks for that, it is helpful in all aspects of my life.

PS Ryan I have the extra jump rope in my car.

Hey rick is there any way you could bring the extra rope to the NLP? I am no longer in newport, and wont be back until then.
