Today is the official 1st birthday of OCC. Construction on the expansion of the box will begin on the 18th and should last about a week. We will throw a party around that time to acknowledge all the blood, sweat and tears that this small warehouse has seen over the past year. Will announce details in the next week. Look forward to being a part of another amazing year here.

Well done and Congratulations Jus!!. The fruit of all your hard work, passion and dedication is sweet.! I know that if anyone could do it, then it must be you. Thank you very much for all the positive life changing experience in the last year. So proud to be a part of OCC!!
Justin: It has been just a fantastic experience to be along for the ride that is OCCFT. The energy you have poured into the business has generated a vibe you can see in each member and a culture people want to be a part of. Do you remember my first workout in Feb ’09? We did Fran – I used 65# and the biggest band we had – My time was 17:00+. You were supportive and told me your first Fran was almost as bad – 16:00. You were probably lying, but I didn’t care at the time…. I was beet red and too busy gasping for air.
Thanks for all your encouragement, support, knowledge and most importantly, inspiration. You have turned back the clock for this balding, middle-aged, former athlete – and with only one life to live…… priceless.
don’t forget the part about how he has turned you in to an athlete who is going to compete in the 2010 Games… 17+ Fran to Games competitor – WOW!!!
I love u and ur gym…so glad I called u first this summer before trying any other crossfit…I look forward to all the blood and sweat of this year…PP
A year of awesomeness!! From fluffy gym rat (who thought he was in shape) to actually knowing what shape was after the WOD’s. In one year i have done more than the previous 20 in terms of understanding fitness, shape and yes even eating. Justin you have a loyal band of followers and have built an excellent box, for that you should be proud. I am looking forward to continuing my development.
Great job and congrats.
