7 minutes to find: Max Clean and Jerk
For time:
100 Double-unders
3 Rounds of:
-10 Deadlifts(245/155lbs)
-200m Run
Then 40 pullups
For time:
10 Muscle-ups
15 Handstand Push Ups
20 Squat Cleans (135/85lbs)
30 Burpees
