		<description>Despite the fact that my legs are shot from &quot;Karen&quot; on Monday and our squat rampage yesterday... Lunges... Tight a$$ here I come!!!!

I am currently making a list of all of the CF exercises that I cannot complete in order to know when to focus my efforts, especially during the warm-up time. This will help me to check items off of this list as I am able to complete them.

For me my list looks something like:
1. Pull-ups (without a band)
2. Ring Dips (Okay, I can do like 1, but that doesn&#039;t really count)
3. Double Unders (my new Buddy Lee jump rope should help with this one)
4. Muscle-ups

All that said, I have lots of work to do and look forward to continuing to improve.
