Getting started with us is easy. First…

Please do not call us about price. We do not compete on price. We compete on quality. There are plenty of places out there A LOT cheaper than us. Remember you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.  We encourage you to go check out those places first so you can see the difference. If your looking for value however and are serious about getting fit than you have found the right place.

Step one: Come on in

If your interested in our group training and want to see what were all about, come on in. Check our class schedule online and come in to watch any of our group classes. There is no better way to get a feel for CrossFit than to come in and see it happen. You can come in and observe as many classes as you like. If you like what you see than you will schedule a time with one of our trainers for a free 45 minute intro and workout.

If your interested in private training please contact us to schedule a one on one introduction to our program.

Step two: CrossFit Elements

We strongly encourage healthy and otherwise injury free individuals to begin with our CrossFit Elements class; a series of three one on one training sessions which will teach you the basic techniques of CrossFit, all while giving you a kick ass workout. Elements  provides new clients a solid footing in the movements and upon completion allows them to seamlessly transition into the fast paced group classes. Each session includes a warm-up, skill instruction/review, workout, and stretching/cool down. Each Elements session lasts approximately 1 hour and is taught by one of our outstanding CrossFit trainers. The total cost of the three Element sessions is $180 and you can pay the coach via cash, check or credit card at your first session. To schedule Elements Contact us.

Elements is not a mandatory pre-requisite for membership. However individuals who complete Elements transition into our CrossFit program with more confidence, progress much faster and are more likely to reach their goals.

Step three: Full membership
After completion of Elements, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to our group CrossFit classes. For any membership sign-up questions and prices, just contact us.

Private Coaching
One-on-one coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. One-on-one coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
