
Getting started with us is easy.
Step 1: Come on in
If your interested in our group training and want to see what were all about, come on in. Check our class schedule online and come in to watch any of our group classes. There is no better way to get a feel for CrossFit than to come in and see it happen. You can come in and observe as many classes as you like. If you like what you see, then sign up and get started or if your still not sure and you want to try it out for yourself before you commit, than you will schedule a time with one of our trainers for a free 30 minute intro and workout.

Step 2: CrossFit 101
CrossFit 101 is a series of three small group training sessions which will teach you the basic techniques of CrossFit, all while giving you a kick ass workout. CrossFit 101 provides new clients a solid footing in the movements and upon completion allows them to seamlessly transition into the fast paced group CrossFit classes. Each session includes a warm-up, skill instruction/review, and short workout. Each CrossFit 101 session lasts approximately 1 hour and is taught by one of our outstanding CrossFit trainers. The total cost of the 3 CrossFit 101 sessions is just $150 and you can pay the coach via cash, check or credit card at your first session. To schedule CrossFit 101 Contact us.
We require all of our members to complete CrossFit 101, so that they can safely, effectively, and confidently head into our general Workout of the Day (“WOD”) classes. (If you have been CrossFitting for a while and wish to test out of CF 101 just Contact us to schedule a test out date.)
CrossFit 101 are limited to no more than 8 athletes, to ensure that our coaches can provide the highest level of individual instruction throughout.
Step 3: Full membership
After completion of CrossFit 101, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to our group CrossFit classes. We have 2 plans for you to choose from. All of our memberships are UNLIMITED, which means you can come workout as many times per week as you wish. Unlike many of the other CrossFit gyms out there that limit you to just 2 or 3 classes per week, we encourage you guys to come workout as often as you want!
Now Open! OCCF2 located at 110 E 16th St, Costa Mesa CA 92627 We are offering a variety of new classes such as XDiesel. An entirely new class and way to look at CrossFit. We are taking the proven elements of interval training, high intensity training, the camaraderie of spinning, and the ass kicking of a CF WOD, and creating an entirely new way to workout. XDiesel workouts will all be around 40 minutes long and be different each day. 40 minutes of sweating. 1,000 calories + can be burned it one session easy. No heavy back squats or deadlifts. XDiesel will be open to everyone at [OCCF2].

(no discounts for CrossFit 101 or one on one coaching) All CrossFit memberships are paid on a month to month basis and are auto debited on the first of every month. Should you start mid month we prorate. We accept all major credit cards.
Private Coaching
One-on-one coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. One-on-one coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
