Getting started with us is EASY!
Step 1: CrossFit 101
CrossFit 101 is a series of three small group training sessions which will teach you the basic techniques of CrossFit, all while giving you a kick ass workout. CrossFit 101 provides new clients a solid footing in the movements and upon completion allows them to seamlessly transition into the fast paced group CrossFit classes. Each session includes a warm-up, skill instruction/review, and short workout. Each CrossFit 101 session lasts approximately 1 hour and is taught by one of our outstanding CrossFit trainers. The cost of CF 101 is $75. We take the CF 101’s seriously and we expect you to as well, Your safety and longevity in this sport is important and we want everyone to have a general understanding of proper form and technique. CrossFit 101 are limited to no more than 8 athletes, to ensure that our coaches can provide the highest level of individual instruction throughout.
CF 101’s Run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at your choice of 8AM or 6PM. (Private instruction can also be scheduled)
Step 2: Full membership
After completion of CrossFit 101, you are free to begin taking our group CrossFit classes. All of our memberships are UNLIMITED, which means you can come workout as many times per week as you wish. Unlike many of the other CrossFit gyms out there that limit you to just 2 or 3 classes per week, we encourage you guys to come workout as often as you want.
$195/month – Zero Commitment
$185/month – 3 Month Commitment
$175/month – 6 Month Commitment
$165/month – 12 Month Commitment
$155/ month – Student/Family/Military/ Fire/ Police
Why the Commitment? We at [OCCF] take health and fitness seriously and we want you to as well. It is vital for overall wellness which is why we REWARD you with a LOWER monthly rate. Make a promise to yourself to stay fit for at least 3 months and you will not regret it!
One-on-one coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. One-on-one coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
