WOD

A. Back Squat

Perform 3 squats every 1 minute for 15 minutes. (How heavy can you go? Rx 70% of 1RM +)

(this is a running clock. weight does not change from 1st minute until the last.)

B. Press 5-5-5-5-5

(rest 2-3 Minutes b/w rounds)

C. Band resisted run :30 seconds on, :30 sec off x6 rounds

(Run is max effort all out. One partner does all the rounds before switching over.)
