Thanks to the crew at Newps for the idea. We have a new space in the gym. Its where our athletes are going to put there old 24hr fitness member cards up. Were going to call it the Born Again Wall. Come and pin your old membership card to the wall and welcome!

    I went to this morning’s 6am WOD…it was challenging to work out that early in the morning. But here I am, 7+ hours later, still totally charged and wanting more!…..woohooo!

    Yes, I am a Crossfit addict!

    PS. The 6am crew rocks. This gang is fully charged and chomping at the bit to perform.
