    Hey guys & gals, I did “Helen” at Core CrossFit in Phoenix yesterday. 102 degrees and they have us doing 400m sprints outside. Fricking nuts, I thought I was going to die! time: 13:13

    3 rounds for time of 400m sprints, 21 Kettle Balls (53#), 12 Pullups.
