First off regarding Saturday. We did not get the RSVPs we had hoped for (To be honest we did not do our best getting the word out) for the Throwdown on Saturday. Sooo we will still be doing our WOD but on a much smaller scale than originally planned. Thanks for understanding. I know you all wanted to strut your stuff in front of thousands but I know my crew still dances when no ones watchin.Come get your ass down to the gym today and lift some heavy barbells and we will see what your made of. Warmup and then you have three tries to hit y0ur max weight on the following lifts. Your total weight on each of the three lifts makes up your CF total.

I’m actually really relieved to hear that since I can’t be there tomorrow, but if anybody is looking for some afternoon fun, my buddy puts this “drinking volleyball tournament” yearly. There will be some pros out there, and some really bad beginners as it’s a 4 man coed tourney. There is a party that coincides with the tourney all day on the patio where the courts are and I think it’d be fun if anybody is looking for something to do in the afternoon after the challenge.
