
Congrats to Don Murray for finishing as the top male yesterday. Dons been training with us since January and has made incredible strides. He had maybe 5 pullups before. Now he can rep out 40. At 51 he is fitter than the majority of guys half his age. Keep kicking ass brother.

Wow, that work out kicked my butt last night. Don’t know what it was but I gave up several times. Thanks Justin for standing there watching me do burpees, I was so ready to quit.
