I went to breakfast after, and as usual, poured the salt onto my open palm instead of directly onto my eggs, to avoid accidentally oversalting.

Those of you who did today&#039;s WOD understand why I started screaming....</description>

5 sets of: (score is total reps!)

AMRAP DB thrusters in 60 seconds (40#, 20#)--rest 1 minute

AMRAP Pullups in 60 seconds-- rest 2 minutes

Example: round 1 athlete does as many reps as possible of db thrusters in 60 seconds. Then record reps and take a 1 minute rest. Then perform as many reps as possible on pullups in 60 seconds. Record reps and take a 2 minute rest. 
On to Round 2.</description>

		<description>There is no one perfect shoe for all of the stuff we do in here. I wear weightlifting shoes when a wod involves mostly heavy lifts inside and with no running. If it has alot of running in it i like to wear my racing flats addidas adizero which i love. For general wods i like skate shoes. firm and flat sole and comfortable to do lots of different movements in.</description>
