for time:
50 box jumps – 24″
50 jumping chin ups
50 KBS – 1pd
50 walking lunges
50 knees to elbows
50 push press – 45#
50 back extensions
50 wall balls – 20# to 10ft
50 burpees
50 double unders








This has been one mother of a week WOD wise. Are we doing yoga on Saturday?
Chip you can come on Sunday for the ladies class and do Yoga if you like.
Does anyone know about how long this WOD takes? I know it varies, but is there an average range? Trying to figure out whether I can come in tonight.
Four of us gals did it this morning and we were all between 30 and 35 minutes… Tough but really fun! I can’t believe I just said it was fun. I am sure there is another word for what I experienced this morning.
I would guess it is around 30+ mins Jen. You could always come, go all out in the amount of time you have then leave mid workout. You will still get a greatwork out in that way.
